Frosty goodness

I've gone to the dark side of beers...stout, porter, etc. This one was very tasty and I liked the frosty-ness of the bottle.

After the hawk I decided to keep walking in the rain and I passed my old office on campus where I saw these adorable little daisies. Awww.

Big Bird!

I saw this big fella today while walking across campus. He was hunting for lunch. I got so excited that I threw down my umbrella and work and snapped a couple of shots as he flew off. The pictures don't do justice on just how big he was. Or maybe it's a she? How do you tell the sex of a hawk...hmmm.
